Tim Collins, PhD

Senior Vice President and CTO-Products

Dr. Collins comes to Visto building on over 20 years of experience in delivering innovative software products to market. He is responsible for leading Visto Mobile™ development worldwide.

Prior to Visto, Tim was CTO and VP of Engineering at Benchmark founded ePhysician. There he led the design, development, and release of ePhysician's suite of clinical products for desktop and mobile devices. Before joining ePhysician, Tim was the senior architect at ProxiNet and Intellisync. In that role, he led the creation of the first secure, real-time, graphical infrastructure for web browsing on handheld computers.

Tim holds a PhD in Computer Sciences from the University of Texas, Austin and a BS in Electrical Engineering and Computer Science from the University of California, Berkeley.
